Class Experience

What will be taught? What topics will you cover?
In this five-week FLEX course, students will learn to identify the fifty states. They will also take an in-depth look at several states. This class can serve as a great review for students who have learned these concepts previously. It is also a great introduction for students who do not have prior experience.

Formative work- Students will try to fill in as many states as they can in a blank map. At the...

Students will be able to identify the location and background information of the fifty states.

Students will be given templates and handouts that they can print to complete all of the activities.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

No live meetings, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
