In this one-time class, the students will listen to a story about Pete the Cat helping out the Easter Bunny! Pete puts on his bunny ears and finds a way to collect, paint and hide the eggs all in time for Easter! Can he do it? We will make some predictions and make some connections to our own lives and hunting for eggs. After, we will do some paint mixing and comparisons. Finally, the students will decorate their own eggs with q-tips as their painting tool. Doesn’t that sound fun? ** My teaching style is organized and full of fun while being relaxed and friendly at the same time. So come be a part of my class!

Parental Guidance
*Parental guidance is needed with the paint and will need to cut the egg shape out of the paper plates ahead of time.

*two or three paper plates cut into an egg shape or white construction paper *q-tips *muffin pan/ice cube tray *paint: any color (3 at least) but you must have white as well :) *placemat or something to cover the work area
