Welcome to an exciting exploration of two perpetual forces in our universe- Time and Change. These two forces are guaranteed to be experienced by every person in the world. It is no surprise then that the cognisance of how to navigate around these two variables is key to human existence. By continuously studying time and change from a macro standpoint i.e. in the business world and also in a micro sense i.e. day to day planning, I have a great appreciation for the importance of efficiently managing the 'Two Drivers' in order to make successful transitions and reach significant milestones. Therefore, I have put together a helpful curriculum to help enlighten and positively challenge your approach of time and change management. I have a very interactive teaching approach, whereby I will look to engage students by asking questions, exploring different case studies and inviting critical/creative thinking. No prior knowledge is required and I have a very empathetic approach whilst engaging learners. Please see the curriculum coverage- What is Time & Change? Management Components for Time & Change Types of Changes e.g. spontaneous change, reactive change, incremental change etc. Change Management Stages Time Management Variables Time Management Strategies i.e. Micro & Macro planning, Vision vs Mission Please note: •As there is significant preparation made before each session, there will be no refunds for unattended classes. Special consideration will be made in some circumstances if communicated before the session begins. •Feel free to utilise the classroom recording, if you miss a session. If there is a single student booked in for the class, unfortunately, there will be no content to review. Looking forward to seeing you in the classroom.
Learning Goals
I am excited about the potential of the students leaving the classroom with a greater understanding of time and change. I hope that the student will be able to grasp the factors of organisation and planning when approaching life. Subsequently, the students will hopefully be able to acknowledge the various factors to help them manage the change in their lives and become more accountable for how they use their time.

Teacher expertise and credentials
2 Degrees
Master's Degree in Science from University of Derby
Bachelor's Degree from Davenport University
I am extremely pleased to have qualified with a high honour degree in Business, before completing a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Science. During the programs I was able to successfully complete relevant modules, such as, 'Presentation Techniques' , 'Management Foundations', 'Strategic Management', 'Practitioner Development', 'Field experience in Business' etc. These modules gave me comprehensive overview in leadership, presentation etiquette and powerful public speaking experience. I have also received a certificate for my performance in 'The Project' competition, hosted by the West Michigan Chapter of Project Management Institute for representing my university(Davenport University). The competition allowed my to present in front of a panellist of professional judges and opposition universities within Michigan. After university I had a fantastic opportunity of working as an agency supervisor in an Amazon fulfilment centre in Swansea, UK for four months. This opportunity gave me vast experience of resource planning, delivering strategic direction, productivity monitoring and feedback for over 100 amazon associates per shift. Thereafter, I had a fabulous opportunity of joining a two-year paid graduate scheme for one of the biggest logistics companies in the UK- Wincanton between 2017-2019. The experience with Wincanton has been my most remarkable to date. I had the opportunity to travel all around the country to receive company sponsored management training, practical supervisory experience, contract negotiations, haulier pricing negotiations, workshop set up and delivery e.t.c. I was also assigned as a company mentor for several new graduates to help induct them in. This involved situational analysis, target setting and documented progress overviews. The program yielded certification by the Institute for Apprenticeships(ILM) with a distinction grade for 'Supervisor Level 3' after successfully completing practical and theory examinations with Wincanton. The end point assessment involved a 'knowledge test', 'professional discussion', 'Competency based interview' and 'project showcase'. I have done a variety of speeches around the world, interacted with various institutional leaders, presented to senior directors in multinational companies and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences. I am very appreciative and empathetic when it comes to interacting with different levels of students and adopt a bespoke communication style for the different personalities, in order to enhance their learning experience.
