The domesticated cat has an illustrious history! They've been worshipped, reviled and even sent into space! We will learn about the evolution of the domesticated cat, and look at the different roles the domesticated cat has served in past civilizations. An engaging and lively cat facts segment will provide information on some of the most interesting facts, both past and present, about the domesticated cat. A visual presentation will be used for this class. Participants: If you have a pet cat, bring it along and introduce it!
