In this one time course, students will use logic and deductive reasoning to solve a summer time mystery at the County Fair.
Class Experience
US Grade 4 - 7
The County Fair has arrived in Summerville County, and everyone is so excited! It is tradition of everyone in Summerville to attend the fair before school starts back in the fall. Ten friends went to the County Fair. Each friend went on a different ride. One friend fell and broke their leg, one ate too much and got sick half way through, and one met their one true love while in line. I suggest that the student bring pencil/pen and paper to class to help them write down the clues to the mystery.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
The class will work together to solve the mystery.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
