Description

Class Experience

During this weekly course, students will practice their social skills and will be taught some helpful tips for listening and speaking. These skills will be covered at the start of each class and will be modelled throughout. For the remainder of the class, the students will introduce themselves and will utilize their skills to ask questions, share and participate in discussions. Each week, there will be a given topic to provide a starting point, as well as some facilitation questions prepared...

Students will improve their social skills by meeting new friends and getting to know their classmates. Students will also be given the opportunity to learn and practice the provided tips regarding learning how to be good listeners and speakers.

35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
