It's time to say goodbye to fear and insecurity and become a self-confident communicator! In this power-hour course, your learner will discover how to embrace their unique personality, create a personal power phrase, implement courage-bolstering habits, overcome fear in social situations, engage their body language, and create a personal action plan. This course is lecture-based.

Students will learn communication skills, self-motivation, positive self-talk, healthy habits, overcoming social fears, clear communication and body language, and create personal action plans.

My name is Mrs. Meade, and I am passionate about equipping our next generation of students to be effective communicators. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and have been a digital creator for almost two decades.

In addition, I have served as a Youth Volunteer for school-aged students, an ESL instructor in Germany, and co-founded a student-focused FM radio station. My experience includes 15+ years in professional communication, helping people communicate clearly and confidently on video and everyday life.

As a keynote speaker and coach, I share the message of self-confidence and courage with audiences around the globe. In addition, I bring enthusiasm, positivity, and fun to all of my courses. I look forward to working with your learner!
