This one-time ESL/EFL-friendly class is perfect for students who love nature, cats and reading. We will practice key vocabulary words, read a short story, apply reading comprehension strategies, and draw a fall leaf together if time allows.

Description
Class Experience
Students will get to practice their reading and pronunciation skills. They will also sharpen their reading comprehension skills as we use a story map to review what we've read. We will be focusing on the characters, setting, inference, and sequence of events. Students will also learn some ways animals spend fall preparing for winter.
For the drawing portion of the class, students should have paper, crayons, markers, or pencils nearby.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
