School is out for the summer and the children of Chillville are excited about the town’s annual ice cream eating contest. Someone has snuck into the ice cream factory and unplugged all of the freezers. The contest can not go on without ice cream! Can you help solve the math clues to find the mysterious ice cream melter? Learners will answer the shape questions, find the perimeter of the shapes, solve the logic puzzles and the perimeter word problems. I help when need so your learner can feel accomplished and successful not matter their level. This class is also listed in my weekly ongoing "Escape Rooms & Adventures Weekly Language Arts, Math & Science Club throughout the week. I look forward to helping your learner find the mysterious ice cream melter. ~Teacher Sharon :-)

Hello! My name is Sharon, Teacher Sharon. I am both thankful and excited to have this opportunity to help children from all over the world have fun while learning. I love making learning fun!
I have my Masters of Education (MEd) and over 20 years of experience teaching and learning from children of all ages. I have experience as a nursery school director, a Kid's Club supervisor (twice) and a classroom teacher for Pre-K through high school. I have also taught technology, after-school elementary science classes, cupcake decorating, and brick building.
I am very fortunate to have grown up overseas and have lived all over the world. Some of my many passions include creating fun, educational classes, scuba diving, traveling, science, crafting, my precious dog, cat, fish and snails and of course teaching.
I like to keep class sizes small to help learners engage and participate. If your child is interested in any of my classes that are not currently scheduled, or if a different time or day would work better for you, please feel free to contact me.
Learning in my classroom is engaging, energetic, fun, enjoyable, upbeat and entertaining. "Your child won't want to leave at the end of class and will beg to come back for more." (That's my superhero catch phrase.)
NOTE: I am very flexible with class scheduling. If you are interested in one of my classes, but you don't see it listed on a day or time that you want, please find a class that is already listed when you want the class. Send me a message and I will do my best to switch the class that you want with the one that is already listed.
I look forward to helping your child have fun while learning. Have a wonderful day,
~Teacher Sharon🙂
