Class Experience
We’ll learn the basic parts of an insect and some of the special noise making parts of a cicada. We will learn about dog day cicadas and periodical cicadas and their differences in emergence patterns. Learners will see real exoskeletons and learn how and when to find cicadas in their yard or park.
