US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
In The Busy Book: Preschool and Kindergarten Circle Time, our little learners will embark on an exciting journey to discover the wonders of the world around them. Each session of The Busy Book class is carefully structured to maximize engagement and learning. Learners begin with a warm welcome and introduction to the day's theme, followed by calendar time. Then we will begin with an observation activity where children explore objects, concepts, or ideas. Story time involves reading a short, themed book or poem. We then do some movement related games or singing. I encourage children to share their observations or creations during a discussion and sharing time, and we wrap up each session with a summary of the day's lesson and a cheerful goodbye song. This class is designed as a homeschool morning circle time, or a way for learners to prepare for in classroom sessions. We practice classroom etiquette such as hand raising, call and response, and getting comfortable being called on. #preschoolprep #kindergartenprep #schoolprep My teaching style is nurturing, interactive, and inclusive. I aim to create a supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore. I will focus on experiential learning, allowing children to learn through direct interaction with the world around them and creative expression. I am committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all children. This program is designed to accommodate various learning styles and needs, and I am dedicated to making any necessary adjustments to ensure that every child can fully participate and benefit from our activities. It is my belief that by fostering an inclusive atmosphere, we can enrich the learning experience for all and nurture a community where every child can thrive and develop a deep connection with the world around them. #preschool #kindergarten #busybook #homeschool PLEASE NOTE: To protect the privacy of our littlest learners who are just beginning to understand how Outschool works, I do NOT release class videos, as per Outschool policy.
