In this class your student will learn how to cook or bake breakfast dishes (sometimes seasonal) while following a recipe. Following a recipe involves learning and practicing measurement, reading and following directions, problem solving and creativity. In each class we will talk about ways in which we can use that dish to create a balanced breakfast. This is an interactive cooking class and your student will be cooking right along with me. I will demonstrate step by step, making sure we move along together through completing the recipe. I will have one camera that is dedicated just to the work station so your student can see exactly what is taking place. Your student will be able to ask questions and meet new friends.
