Description

Class Experience

In this class we will learn the basics of crochet. We will cover crochet terminology (hooks, yarn, and stitch names) as well as practice a couple basic stitches. This class will meet twice. The first week we will cover the vocabulary you need to get started and practice the first stitch. The second week we will continue to practice the stitches, building on the stitch we learned in the first week. This will be a live class and I enjoy teaching by example so I will be crocheting along with...

Students will need:

A crochet hook (size G or larger0
Yarn--you will want to find a yarn that is lighter in color and not a thick or thin yarn. Standard yarn you would use for a craft is perfectly fine!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
