The Basics of Photography: High School
What's included
Class Experience
In this easy breezy 4-week summer camp, students will learn the basics of photography, the history of photography, and about photography in society. Every Sunday, I will release two new photography lessons on Outschool Classroom Page. For each lesson, I will focus on teaching a particular photography skill or aspect of photography. On Sundays, I will also release the 4 weekly photography challenges! Using their own cell phones or cameras, students will be tasked with completing these themed challenges (such as food, in-motion, shadows, doorknobs, shoes, etc.). On Saturdays photography from all completed challenges that week are "turned in" by sharing the photography on the Outschool classroom page. This class is great elective for students who want to learn and practice basic photography skills. Students will be interacting with each other on the Outschool classroom page by sharing their accomplished photography challenges for the other enrolled students to see. Every week, I provide personalized feedback for each student's work!
