If your child loves horses then this is the class for them! In this class we will be in my barn on a virtual field trip with my horses. We will go over the correct brushes and combs to use on each horse and when to use them. We will be learning the parts of the horse and doing some virtual activities during class. This will be an open class and the students will be free to ask any questions they may have about horses. Throughout the class we will also discuss horse safety and of course the proper and safe way to feed a horse treats.
Learning Goals
At the end of this course each student will be able to:
-talk about the different parts of a horse
-tell how to groom a horse
-know how to be around a horse safely
