Class Experience

Join me in this book club as we join Kristy and her friends in their adventures with the Baby-Sitters Club. This will also be a fun way to sharpen your reading comprehension skills, make inferences, and engage with your peers. This is the second book in the Baby-Sitters Club series by Ann M. Martin. Prior reading of book #1, Kristy’s Great Idea is not required.

Prior to the start of each class, learners will need to read 3 chapters of The Baby-Sitters Club: Claudia and the Phantom Phone Calls by Ann M. Martin (the original story not the graphic novel). During our sessions, we will dive a little deeper into our story through discussions and activities related to the chapters read.

This book club is a great opportunity for your child to sharpen their reading comprehension skills, gain insight from others’ perspectives, and have a fun time reading an unforgettable book series. There are many other books in this series that your child will be sure to enjoy.
