I have been baking for many years both professionally and personally. I have a Food and beverage background and enjoy sharing my knowledge with students.
A supply list for mise en place will be issued before the start of class. Recipes contain known allergens. Please read the ingredients thoroughly and check with your health care provider. Mixers, ovens, stovetops, and knives will used in this class. I strongly recommend adult supervision when using these appliances and tools. A healthy respect for safety and sanitation is important for students and their families. Individual guardians and parents are responsible for each student's health and safety. CAGO( clean as you go), safety measures, and sanitation practices are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
