Get your child hooked on reading with this endearing early chapter book series! "The Adventures of Sophie Mouse" is a sweet series about Sophie and her animal friends. This class will provide a fun way for your child to practice reading! 🐭Learners will read one book from "The Adventures of Sophie Mouse" series per week on their own before class. Then we will come together and discuss, answer questions, review the book and more! We will do different things each week. We may do: a word jumble, create a comic, a story map, character analysis, discuss setting, etc. I love these stories and would love to have your learner in my class!🐭 Week of 11/18 - Book 10 "It's Raining, It's Pouring" Week of 11/25 - Book 11 "The Mouse House" Week of 12/2 - Book 12 "Journey to the Crystal Cave" Week of 12/9 - Book 13 "Silverlake Art Show" Week of 12/16 - Book 14 "The Great Bake Off" *NO CLASS THE WEEK OF 12/23* *NO CLASS THE WEEK OF 12/30* Week of 1/6 - Book 15 "The Missing Tooth Fairy" Week of 1/13 - Book 16 "Hattie in the Spotlight" Week of 1/20 - Book 17 "The Ladybug Party" Week of 1/27 - Book 18 "The Hidden Cottage" Week of 2/3 - Book 19 "The Whispering Woods" Week of 2/10 - Book 20 "Under the Weather" *NO CLASS THE WEEK OF 2/17* Week of 2/24 - Book 21 "Lightning Bug Light Show" "The Adventures of Sophie Mouse" series is written by Poppy Green, illustrated by Jennifer A.
