All of my classes in the ADHD toolkit series centers around self-empowerment and self-discovery. This class aims to help learners gain confidence about themselves and see themselves with the potential for success. Having myself grown up with ADHD learning to self-advocate has been one of the more important tools that I have acquired. Through learning how to self-advocate children will be able to start creating the best environment for their own success.
