Students will - Reflect on situations when their working memory causes them challenges - Discuss various tools to help them better face these challenges. Students will learn how to improve their working memory through exercising their brain. Students will - Learn about how to exercise the brain - Get to participate in some working memory activities to help exercise their brain This is a super fun and engaging class that requires class discussion as well as participation in various activities through answering questions. I am able to connect with learners about their experiences with ADHD as I, myself also have it. Because of this I understand the struggles first hand and hope to be able to share the tools that I have learned throughout my life.
