In this ongoing class, students will learn how their choices can make a positive impact on their life and their relationships.
Class experience
In this course learners will understand how their positive thinking correlates with positive choices which ultimately provides them with a happier and more fulfilling life. We will go through the alphabet, letter by letter, identifying how their thoughts and behaviors can affect their decision making. Each letter represents a corresponding behavior. My expertise- I hold a master's degree in Human Services specializing in Health and Wellness. I have worked with adolescents for 20 years, many of those years the youth were considered "at-risk-youth". I was also trauma certified in 2014. I was the Clinical Supervisor for an outpatient treatment facility overseeing behavior plans, facilitating social skills groups and teaching young learners how their choices directly impact their life. My career has focused on youth and helping them make healthy choices for themselves so they can have a fulfilling life.
