Class Experience
Ingredients: White and/or dark meat Turkey, cut up into small pieces About 1 cup Mashed potatoes About 1 cup stuffing/dressing About 1/2 cup cranberry sauce 8 egg roll wraps Oil for frying--vegetable, peanut, or shortening Optional: Shredded cheese--any flavor, Gouda would be delicious in this recipe! Feel free to substitute ingredients, ham, sweet potatoes, etc would be delicious in this recipe as well! Gravy or extra cranberry sauce for dipping! Materials: Large skillet or dutch oven for frying Heat safe tongs, slotted spoon, or metal spider for removing egg rolls from oil Rimmed baking sheet Cooling rack paper towels Small bowl filled with water Small plate/platter for prepared egg rolls
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Allergen warning**In this course, the recipe may contain wheat, soy, egg, dairy, nuts, etc. Parental Guidance**In this course we will be shallow frying in either a skillet or a dutch oven type pan. Depending on your learner's skillset and experience, they may need additional help or supervision!
