In this one time class learners will learn 10 words about Thanksgiving. (Gracias, el otoño, noviembre, jueves, familia, banquete, pavo, torta y maíz). They will learn how to thank in Spanish. The class will be presented with colorful slides where the students can see visuals, new words and activities related to the topic. They will read a short story named "Doy Gracias". This story is about a boy named Felipe and he talks about how he spends Thanksgiving at his grandparent's house and, the reasons why he is grateful. At the end of the class we will be doing an escape room to check what we learned in class.
