Description
Class Experience
The kids will not need to bring any materials with them to class. However, due to the nature of a scavenger hunt, they will need to be at home or in another location where they might have access to items they are asked to find and bring back to share during the game.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
For the scavenger hunt, kids will be asked to get up and go find some specific items around the house. You may wish to make sure an adult or older sibling is close by to provide assistance and “crowd control” as your child goes through the house looking for items. It may also help to set a timer for 1 minute when an item is announced and return to the class, even if you haven’t found the item. It is okay to not find everything, so please make sure your child does not stress about that and knows this challenge is all for fun!
