Students will use their hands to make a turkey so they can write a topic sentence, three details and a conclusion using their own hands as a graphic organizer! They will write about things they are thankful for.

Class Experience
This will be a fun class where students will share what they are thankful for. Then, they will use white paper to trace their hands in a larger way so they can then write one sentence on each of the five fingers. This then becomes their graphic organizer. I will check their organizer so students can learn spelling strategies, proper punctuation and English grammar.
