Students will understand and apply specific strategies for excelling on multiple-choice tests in any subject area.
My undergraduate degree in education provided me with information for how to design and administer multiple-choice tests. Throughout years of math tutoring, I realized that often time students are able to recall information, however it is the nuances of an examination that will 'trip them up.' I have done further education regarding multiple-choice tests and how to excel at them. My studies in occupational therapy have give me a strong base for breaking down tasks into achievable pieces and assisting people in reaching their goals. This additional knowledge has helped me in my own studies in graduate school; I sure wish someone would have taught me these strategies earlier on in my academic career.
