My name is Anna Roshal and I am a wife, mother of two girls and a boy and a math teacher/tutor. I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and currently reside in the suburbs of Northern California. I enjoy gardening, growing my own food, and playing charades with my family.

I have been tutoring, middle and high school students, on and off for over 20 years. In 2012 I decided it was time to take my passion for teaching to the next level. So I earned my MA in Education and received my single subject credential in math.

I am like Chef Gusteau, I strongly believe that anyone can learn math. Math is not just a subject for the smarty pants kiddos sitting in the front of the room. (Yes I was one of those smarty pants kiddos who sat in the front of the room every chance I got, and still do when I am learning something in a classroom setting.) Anyone can do math!
