Class Experience

In this one time interactive class, students will help Mario learn to tell time by the hour.  Students will be introduced to digital and analog clocks.  Then they will be introduced to the basic parts of an analog clock.  They will learn the difference between the hour hand and the minute hand.  Students will learn to read and write the time using two methods (12:00 and 12 o'clock).  Students will be introduced to AM and PM.  This class will be taught using Google Slides and an analog clock. ...

Students will learn the difference between an analog and digital clock.
Students will identify the hour hand and minute hand on an analog clock.
Students will learn to tell time to the hour.
Students will be able to write the time in two different forms.

  3 files available upon enrollment
No supplies are needed for this class. Students may bring an analog clock to class if one is available.  They can even make one using a paper plate.
