Class Experience
Students will be guided through the implementation of basic practices; gratitude journaling, goal setting, self talk, and positive affirmations to help increase positive thinking patterns.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
