Teens Cooking: Thai Cuisine FLEX
In this 4-week flex cooking class, teens will learn to cook their favorite Thai takeout dishes from entrees to dessert.
In this interactive, hands-on cooking class, teens will learn 4 fun and delicious Thai takeout favorites. They will learn the following recipes: Week 1: Larb Week 2: Pad Thai Week 3: Pad See Ew Week 4: Mango Sticky Rice Learners can submit weekly photos of their creations (1 recipe will be made per week) for feedback from the instructor. There will also be polls and fun trivia facts each week. Students will be given ideas on how to change the ingredients in some of these dishes to suit...
Students will be using knives and a stovetop for this class. Please make sure your student feels comfortable with these items or have parental supervision available. Allergies in these recipes: wheat, egg, shellfish (suggestions will be made to help avoid some allergies, but not all can be avoided). Please reach out with specific dietary needs.
