Class Experience

In Trinidad and Tobago we have a melting pot of people that reflect well in its popular cuisine of the twin islands. Come journey with me as we cook 5 popular dishes and learn about the people and culture of this country.

This is still an interactive cooking course and your student will be able to view my original videos that will demonstrate the recipe for each lesson. I will have one camera that is dedicated just to the work station so your student can see exactly what is taking place.
Students will be encouraged to share pictures of the finished product with me for assessment.

Your student is able to ask any questions throughout the duration of the course either through the classroom (preferably) or via a direct message. While I usually try to answer messages immediately, your student can expect a response from me within 24 hours and during the hours of 9 am -9 pm Eastern Time any day of the week.

If your student has any allergies, please contact me and I would be happy to provide you with a recipe with substitutions.
