Class experience
In this interactive, hands-on baking class, teens will learn 5 classic French desserts. They will learn the following recipes: Week 1: Tarte Tatin Week 2: Chocolate Mousse Week 3: Clafoutis Week 4: Crepes Week 5: Ile Flottante Learners will submit weekly photos of their creations (1 recipe will be made per week), with plating competitions between students each week (voted on by fellow classmates). Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
