Class Experience
In this ongoing class students will meet a live animal each week and learn some fun facts about it, talk about animal experiences and ask questions about animals they want to learn more about. They will also be encouraged to bring their own pet, painting, animal art project or talk about their favorite animal. Animals have a way of opening a child's mind and heart and during these times of self isolation this class will encourage each student to connect with each other through their common...
In this class we will not only learn about the live animal that will be in class each week, but learn to make better connections with our peers. The goal of this class is for students to improve their social skills and overcome their reservations to share or speak in an open, safe and public setting.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
