Teen Yoga Workout
In this ongoing class, students will have an awesome full body workout while experiencing the many wonderful benefits of yoga. Feel free to join us any time!

In this class, we will practice yoga poses in a way that will give learners a full body workout. In each class, we will do the following: vinyasas (sequences of poses that flow from one to the next) for cardiovascular health; holding poses for strength; poses to stretch and increase flexibility; and then calming poses and meditation to help center ourselves and focus the mind. This is a wonderful complement to other activities/sports as well as amazing exercise on its own. Students will...
- A yoga mat or similar soft, nonslip flooring on which to practice. - Suitable room to move arms and legs freely. - Comfortable clothing with bare feet or socks with grips.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Yoga is a wonderfully beneficial activity for the body, mind, and spirit. Following class, students may choose to continue practicing the poses and techniques on their own; in that case, please be sure to provide proper adult supervision.
