Recipe: Simple Green Smoothie

Ingredients: Spinach, banana, oat milk, flax seeds, and frozen mango. 
Lesson 2:
Brain-Boosting Foods
 How Food Affects Your Brain

Topics Covered: Connection between nutrition and brain function, foods that enhance cognitive function.

Recipe: Berry Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients: Coconut yogurt, mixed berries, granola, and a drizzle of maple syrup. 
Lesson 3:
Grocery Store Tour and Healthy Snacking
 Activity: Grocery Store Tour

Objective: Learn how to select healthy items, read labels, and make better food choices.
Focus Areas: Fresh produce, whole grains, and healthier snack options.
Lesson: Smart Snacking Choices

Topics Covered: Identifying healthy snacks, understanding food labels, avoiding processed foods, and choosing nutrient-dense options.

Recipe: Veggie Sticks with Hummus
Ingredients: Carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, bell pepper slices, and hummus. 
Lesson 4:
Nutrition and Mood
 Recipe: Strawberry Oatmeal

Ingredients: Oats, almond milk, sliced strawberries, banana, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Instructions: Cook oats in almond milk and top with strawberries, banana slices, and cinnamon.

Topics Covered: How food influences energy levels and mood, the role of complex carbs and healthy fats.
