My goal in this class is to get kids off of the couch and back to being active. Each class will begin with a warm up for the muscle groups being used during the workout. We will then complete a new work out of the day. All movements will be unweighted, making it safe for children of all ages. I will coach each child on the movements of the workout before we get started. If your child is 12 or older, I will give modifications for those interested in adding in the use of light dumbbells....
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
2 hours 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Before engaging in any physical fitness class, parents should be certain that the activity is safe for their child. Additionally, please make sure the space your child uses for this class has ample room to move safely, and that your child is wearing proper shoes and attire.
