Description
Class Experience
What will be taught? Students will learn to work together cooperatively. What topics will be covered? - Team Building - Collaborative Instruction - Group Norms How will class be structured? Learners will meet weekly and get to know each other. Through games, learners will acquaint and establish connections. This course will encourage communication & teamwork, improve morale & engagement, and foster innovation & creativity. I will be more of a facilitator rather than a teacher, and will coach...

No homework will be assigned.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
A third-party tool will be used. It is an online game at www.splix.io. This tool will be used to allow students to work together as a team and build communication skills. Students will have to develop strategies to help them expand their territory and overtake other teams. An account is not required. This resource will be used in a screen-share.
