Class Experience

The goal of my class is for students to learn a creative and easy way to cook a great "snack meal" in minutes, without needing to use a hot stove. They will learn basic cooking and measuring skills. My class is a good way for students to cook a "snack meal" and to think outside of the box when cooking. They will be able to engage, follow along, boost their confidence and independently cook in a safe manner. It will be an inviting and fun class.
I love cooking! As a mom, I know how it feels when your child wants something quick and easy to eat after-school. I also know that children want their independence and the freedom to choose when and what they want to make to eat. I completely understand, which is why I enrolled my daughter in cooking classes when she was younger. I felt proud when she attended the classes and started cooking her own easy meals. In addition, I taught her the ins and outs of cooking in a microwave. Since she was an only child, it was great teaching her how to cook single "mug" meals. This skill is something that she will be able to pass on to her children.
