In this fun weekly group your child will get to work with other kid their age and work on their social skills and work on their emotional intelligence. Weekly topics and groups for the following weeks are as follows: April 15th- Pictionary & Taylor Swift Night- Come listen to Taylor Swift Music and Play Pictionary! April 22nd- Show and Tell- Bring something you Made! It can be from when you were much younger or really recent! April 29th- Do you know the ABC game? - ABC game and Hang Man May 6th- Show and Tell- Mystery Item More class listings to come...
Learning Goals
Students will learn social skills, taking turns with others and sharing time with others. The purpose of my weekly Tea Time groups is to allow teens the space to be able to chat with other teens. I encourage them to show off their art work or any craft/hobby they have which helps foster a healthy confidence and positive self esteem. Students will be able to stay engaged with one another in a safe environment while being monitored by a licensed professional making sure the conversation is staying on age appropriate topics.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified clinical trauma professional however my classes are educational based and should not be intended as therapeutic treatment or take the place of therapy.
