Class Experience
This exciting FLEX semester Tea Time format introduces art through story. Each week, we will read a book by artist and illustrator James Mayhew, then discuss an artist from the book. For the last half of each class, we will focus on a poet and composer. Each week's assignment sheet will include a videorecording of me reading a Mayhew book, then discussing the artist, looking at more art, learning about a poet, reading a poem, and learning about a composer.
