In this ongoing meeting, students will continue to grow and practice their social skills.
Class Experience
Students will meet for 45 minutes a week to share and discuss current interests and activities with same aged peers. There are no prior skills needed and children are encouraged to bring whatever is of interest each week to share with their peers. Some examples include a favorite book or toy, a completed project or one they are currently working on, a picture of something fun or exciting they did that week, etc. The class will include practicing giving constructive feedback, conversational...
There are no required materials for this class. Common school supplies such as paper and pencils might be useful. Other than these materials the student can choose to bring in the object they want to talk about that week.
