In this one-off class, we will go over your child’s problem areas in Maths and work to clear up misconceptions so they can be confident in their Maths. I am happy to offer support in all maths topics including, long division, fractions, etc

US Grade 1 - 5
Pop me a message at least a couple of days before the class to let me know what topic and grade level exactly that you would like me to cover so I can prep and send over any resources. Some topic examples: division (long and short), multiplication (long and short), decimals, fractions, perimeter, area, shape, money, time, length, etc. I am happy to cover any maths topics and can focus on one maths topic per session. The structure of my class is very simple: Short intro Finding out what the child knows About 30 minutes of teaching and practise I like to have the child secure in at least 1 method, and then expose them to alternative methods (involving less steps/taking less time). As a former anxious student, I know how it can feel to not understand something that others seem to get easily. Rest-assured I will treat your child with patience and understanding, and focus on building up their confidence.
