Class Experience

US Grade 9 - 12
Beginner - Intermediate Level
Being a parent of four kids ages 14, 12, 10, and 7, owning my own business as an ADHD coach, AND being diagnosed myself, I understand the challenges of navigating school and life - especially during these constantly changing times!

This class offers a supportive, interactive environment with tailored strategies for students' individual needs. Regular feedback, goal-setting, and opportunities for self-reflection will help students build confidence and develop key skills for success.

We will focus on time management, organization, and executive function strategies. Topics include goal-setting, prioritization, task completion, and self-regulation. The structure is interactive, with personalized support. I use a supportive, flexible teaching style, adapting to each student's needs to foster engagement and skill development.
