Talk Time: Expressive Support for Students With Special Needs
In this individualized class, I will interact with up to two students with special needs using puppets, music, and flash cards to initiate conversations that are fun, meaningful, and relevant to their development.

Students with Special Needs require interaction and love to learn! Allow your child with special needs to have individualized interactions with Miss Amy. We will use songs, puppets, flashcards, and toys to tell stories, read books, and ask and answer questions. I can also share other sites and resources with you to help your child learn during this time at home. Prevent summer slide and keep your child engaged socially and educationally!

With 30 years experience in special ed, I have helped hundreds of students to improve communication and social skills. I am not an SLP, but I can provide opportunities for meaningful conversation between students or student to adult.
