Hi friends! I am an award winning professional artist, certified art designer and long time Art Teacher Mrs. R is excited to have you here. ~Welcome dear friends and come discover the wondrous world of Character Art! This is a highly engaging place for a creative outlet to build skills & for learners who are hyper imagination. You can ignite your artistry and channel your creativity here. It is my absolute greatest joy to encourage learners to think like an artist and become their own kind...
The goal is to provide the students with an exciting learning environment where they will have a dynamic and enriching experience while confidently and creatively expressing themselves.
The teacher is a professional artist who is passionate about helping student learn and grow with art.
Students are encouraged to finish their art piece at their leisure, if it is not completed during class. Please Post your learners artwork to my teacher's page to inspire others!
Materials: `Learners should bring drawing paper to draw on or a sketch pad, `Learners please bring a classic pencil ( machinal pencils are great for smaller details or finalizing an art piece as they have hard lines that are difficult ) So bring an eraser please `Learners can also bring anything to add color with such as colored pencils or markers. Bonus: An eager attitude and a big imagination! This is a fun place to explore techniques and materials! I often use Prisma colored pencils and heavy sketch paper. These tools are optional.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
The teacher will ask the student to turn on their camera, introduce themselves and share their work in this visual class. We are excited to see all the creativity!
