Class Experience

Kumusta! This is a class created for families, siblings, and friends who want to share lessons and learn together in the same class. Lessons will be personalized according to your learners' level of understanding of Tagalog. However, I will always make time to introduce basic Tagalog to students to make sure they will have a good foundation. It will have the right kind of fun for students as they learn. We will sing songs (for little ones), learn the days of the week, months of the year, colors, feelings, action words, numbers, etc. Students will be able to build their Tagalog skills as they are introduced to new words and phrases and then guided on how to use these expressions in sentences.

This is a bilingual class. English will be used as the mode of instruction while Tagalog will be introduced as a second language. The children will enjoy the activities facilitated by the teacher while learning Tagalog. I will be using slides and other visual aids to spark interest and enhance learning in a virtual classroom. Learners will enjoy learning together with their siblings, cousins, and friends and with each other.

Each student has to be enrolled. Although a shared computer may work, I recommend a different device for each child. If 3 or more children are taking the class, price will reflect a discounted price as in a group class. Feel free to send me a message if you have questions or concerns.

Salamat,
Helen
