Class experience
This is a fun and engaging Tagalog class designed for young learners, preschoolers, and kindergartners (4-6 years old) in mind. Students will learn the very basics of Tagalog. We will learn through songs and conversations. We will go over colors, feelings, numbers, days of the week, etc. Students will be able to build their vocabulary skills as they are introduced to new words and phrases in each class. Learners will learn words, phrases, and simple sentences in Tagalog. Learners will be able to sing Tagalog songs. Learners will learn to count in Tagalog. Learners will be able to name colors in Tagalog.
I was born and raised in the Philippines. I speak 4 major Filipino languages/dialects. Years ago, I was a licensed school teacher in the Philippines and taught Filipino (Tagalog) in the classroom. I understand how it is to learn a new language. I am patient and kind to my students. I strive to create a fun and engaging learning environment for my students. My students' progress is my success.
A one-page handout or worksheet will be given to the student for extra practice at home.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
