Class Experience
Beginner - Intermediate Level
Learning how to have a powerful pull like Michael Phelps is all about science. The way you move your arms and hands under the water can make your stroke more powerful and faster. This class is a single session class designed to teach your athlete how to perform a butterfly pull. If you’d like your athlete to have more training than just one session I can accommodate that. I’ll use a video or two to demonstrate what the pull should look like and to give a visual of the pressure field of the water as you perform the pull. I’ll coach the athlete through a series of arm movements to teach them the path of the pull and give them tactile tips for creating good habits in the water. This class is fast paced and interactive.
Learning Goals
