Gather your bowls, your pans, and spoons. Bakery playtime will begin soon! Songs and pretend play especially for pre-readers that nurtures phonemic awareness, rhythm, imaginative play, social skills, number sense, and much more.

Class Experience

Join me in the bakery for this special baking-themed playtime and preschool enrichment.  As an educator and homeschool mom to 6, I'm a firm believer that play is the best form of learning for littles. They see mixing pretend muffins as fun. I see mixing pretend muffins as an opportunity to build phonemic awareness and number sense. I see an opportunity to work on rhythm and rhyme!   3 files available upon enrollmentSeveral handouts will be available to print for use in class.
Small wads of paper (colored would be best) to use for blueberries, choc chips, etc. 
Bowls, spoons, spatulas, muffin pans, small plates, and whatever else your child needs in their pretend bakery! Aprons and hats welcome!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
