In this fun, one time course, students will learn about regrowing vegetables from grocery store cuttings, indoors or in the garden, as well as brainstorm other kitchen waste reduction strategies! These ecofriendly gardening strategies put power in the hands of youngsters!

I have a Master's in Urban Design, 5 years of environmental / urban planning policy experience, several years of sustainability consulting, 5+ years working with kids on business ideas, and infinite passion for sustainability!
